To provide clear guidance tailored to your specific case, we need to understand which tools you're currently using for both lead generation and sales processes

List all the tools you use in your lead generation process, and specify the subscription plan for each tool

What CRM do you use and what pricing plan it's on?


Current Outbound & Sales Processes

We need information on both your current sales processes and your outbound lead generation activities. This will serve as the foundation for developing tailored messaging, personalization strategies, and the data enrichment process

Your current lead generation process

Describe a high-level overview of how your lead generation process currently works, along with your main goals and challenges. If available, feel free to include links to SOPs or any internal documentation that can help us better understand your existing workflow

Attach a link to the outreach statistics for the last 3-6 months on all previous campaigns (including reply/MQL rates)

Email and LinkedIn stats should be separated

Attach sequence messages you have sent during the last 3 months

Describe your current lead qualification process, including all lead statuses you have in your CRM
