Targeting: I saw the ICP you shared before, but there are a few things I'd like you to adapt:
1. Add Buyer Personas (there is no well-written one in the document you shared before).
Please tell us who are the real decision makers in the company by segment, what's their scope of KPIs & challenges.
2. There is a lack of firmographic's data about each ICP.
Such as, what is Small/Medium Ecomm? (What's the traffic, size of the company, location, type: B2B/B2C, etc).

It's fine if you can't make such as document in the template we shared, but at least we need this data for each segment: What's the traffic, size of the company, location, type: B2B/B2C, etc
